Lawrence Unchained’s goal is the promotion of self-reliance, sustainability, and healthful living in Lawrence, Kansas. Our goals shall be achieved by recycling, re-purposing, and distribution of bicycles; advocacy of the legal and safe use and maintenance of bicycles for transportation, recreation and competition; and the education of members of the Lawrence, Kansas community as to such use.
